Training Manager

- Support the Senior Manager in the development of Financial Crime training
- Support key stakeholders in delivering training within their respective areas of responsibility
- Oversight implementation and effectiveness of training, providing Senior Management with concise and accurate reports and required action plans to correct any identified issues.
- Support assurance colleagues in developing annual oversight plans and participate in reviews as required.
- Track Regulatory changes - guidance and industry best practice to develop training
- Deputise for Senior Manager as required.

- Leadership and management skills, demonstrated in previous roles.
- Good oral and written communications
- Experience of dealing with Senior Management and Business Stakeholders
- Good industry knowledge -awareness
- Proven track record of delivery within a Financial Crime risk environment , including risk assurance and management of issues
- Lots of initiative

up to £55000 plus package
