Training Officer / Trainer / CASS / Regulatory Change

The Company:

Our client is one of the largest banking and financial services organisations in the world.

The Role:

Working with disparate stakeholders across the company in order to help facilitate and extract knowledge, helping to devise and create the training content and, in some cases, help deliver it too.

Handle the learning and development needs in order to equip staff with the CASS knowledge and awareness to ensure understanding of regulatory obligations related to their specific role.

Design a CASS learning path for specified target audiences and the appropriate methods and approach to delivering training.

Carry out periodic training needs analysis, develop appropriate training programmes and design course materials.

Design and expand existing training into a formalised CASS learning and development roadmap.

Design the supporting methods of delivery suitable to reach a wide audience of participants.

Accountability and management of the content creation of all supporting materials.

Responsible for the management and inputs from SMEs in order to build the library of content for CASS learning and awareness.

Ownership and management of the logistics for training.

The Candidate:

Experienced training professional, preferably with CASS knowledge and/or related regulatory experience.

Professional qualification, (CIPD) Certificate in training practice (CTP) related desirable

Proven track record in a similar role

Knowledge of the Financial Services environment

Microsoft Office proficient

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proactive and able to use initiative as well as prioritise a varied workload

Ability to write reports and keep records
