Position Requirements Summary: Provide contract program management and instruction of US Air Force Military Instruction in support of the 76 MXW for maintenance systems to include G005M, G337, G004L, D043A, G019C, E046B, G097, PMDSS, IMPRESSA, and DMAPS suite of systems.

Specific Capabilities Desired:
· Execute and implement contract provisions and organize, direct, coordinate, and implement support activity plans.
· Prepare and evaluate short and long-range plans and interpret and convey policies, procedures, and instructions.
· Plan for and implement contingencies and organize and set organizational priorities.
· Resolve organizational conflicts and interface and interact with personnel.
· Mentor and develop instructors and staff and resolve student/trainer conflicts.
· Enforce policies and standards with students.
· Possess knowledge of Tinker AFB‟s Maintenance Wing’s mission, processes and policies.
· Manage an organized classroom learning environment.
· Plan and prepare courseware and conduct classroom training.
· Develop Instructional Systems Development (ISD) compliant courseware.
· A minimum of one year experience as an adult education instructor/trainer/courseware developer.
· A minimum of 12 semester hours of college credit in education/training.
· Industry recognized training certificate, i.e. American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) Certification or a minimum of 120 hours training in instruction techniques, delivery methods, adult learning theory, etc.
· Must be able to pass background checks and obtain a secret security clearance.
