Training Specialist – Corporate Products recruitment

TASKS:

High class practical delivery of financial product training, for the Middle East and Africa Client base

To ensure a full understanding of the subject matter of the training session, the Clients attending and the supporting training material provided by Zawya

• Provide technical support to these Clients

• Effectively coordinating and managing group training sessions

• Collating Client feedback and relaying to internal partners to ensure quality of Product line

• Participate in Open House and Roadshow events in order to support Account Managers

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creation of training programme / structure with ongoing review

To support the continued development of online tutorials

Develop and present solutions, identify individual Client needs and industry trends to assist in product and service development

• Championing the Product portfolio always identifying new business opportunities

• Keeping abreast of all market developments and trends pertaining to the Zawya Product line through market research, networking and identifying external stakeholders for new product ventures

• Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth Training programs
