Training Specialist/Instructional Design Job in Richmond 23230, Virginia US
Training Specialist needed for contract position. Must have strong experience in adult learning theory and instructional design. Will be responsible for classroom and web-based training needs analysis, design, implementation and maintenance. Will assist with the development of training materials and will facilitate training sessions.
Required Skills:
· 5+ years Instructional Design
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
· Experience with Info Mapping principles/tools
· Experience with CBT/WBT development platform.
· Strong analysis and problem solving skills.
