Training Team Manager - Redhill, up to £40k
A new position has been created with this leading provider of financial products for a Training Team Manager to supervise and develop a new team of trainers. Working with the Service Delivery department you be responsible for managing the Service Delivery training function, identifying and meeting competence needs and ensuring that all functional training meets the needs of the business area.
To be successful in this role you will be CTP qualified (or equivalent) with a strong practical knowledge of the training cycle, have the ability to communicate and consult at senior management level and have an enthusiastic, motivated and influential manner. You will also need proven people management experience with the ability to encourage and motivate people, have experience of working within a financial services or similar sector and have the ability to work strategically and operationally. Financial services qualifications would be a distinct advantage.
