Tranfer Agency – Lucrative Contract roles recruitment
Company
Global Investment Services Company requires experienced Transfer Agency people on a project basis. Short term lucrative contracts to start immediately.
Role
As part of a team you will supervise the Transfer Agency process to ensure it is conducted in line with the requisite controls and procedures.
Tasks:
• Oversee monthly subscriptions/redemptions processing
• Supervise the process to set up new funds
• Update both investors and clients regarding investor investment activity
• Review investment restrictions, investor eligibility and status, documentation for subscriptions/redemptions and ensure there is adequate anti-money laundering documentation in place
• Ensure any investor correspondence is responded to in a timely manner and reports are issued within agreed client deadlines
Person
• Degree in Accounting or Finance or Business related area
• At least 1-2 years in a senior capacity within Fund Administration (preferably Hedge fund experience)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and IT capability
• Ability to work effectively to deadlines
