Transaction Advisory Executive

A Top 10 firm are looking to recruit a Transaction Advisory Executive for their Manchester based office.
The team currently handle a wide variety of clients and have a growing amount of work coming in which is why they are looking to recruit additional staff. The role will be based in Manchester but will offer the opportunity to gain exposure to working at clients sites also. The team in Manchester is part of a National team and if desired there are opportunities to work with other teams across the UK.
The role requires someone who can assist with large transactions and handle smaller ones. You will be building rapport with clients and answering questions they may have, setting up corporate finance documents and undertaking money laundering checks, ensuring accuracy in reports and communicating clearly with both clients and colleagues. You will be taking responsibility for assigned areas and working towards set time and budgets.
The firm are looking for a candidate who is Qualified (ACA or equivalent). Experience of Transaction Advisory Services are not essential as training will be provided. However, you should have a genuine interest in Transaction Advisory Services and have done audit in the past. In return the firm offer progression opportunity that is based on merit not time served.
