Key Roles Responsibilities 1. Identify prospective Cash Management, Trade and Custody customers and review industry data resource
2. Establish and maintain customer contact in order to understand customer needs locally and estimate customer wallet
3. Function as Cash Product Specialist for liquidity management, local and cross-border payments, collections, information delivery and multi-currency structures
4. Function as Trade Product Specialist for traditional import/export product and trade financing
5. Function as Custody product specialist for custody services.
6. Match customer needs with product capabilities; prepare and conduct quality standardized proposals and presentations. Follow-up by negotiating terms and conditions, which will result in deal closure and maximizing revenue opportunities.
7. Maintain contact with customer to ensure targeted level of product utilization and generate revenue opportunities both new and existing customers
8. Facilitate/ resolve customer service issues
9. Provide feedback to Product Management on customer needs, trends, competitors and market
10. Monitor the progress of Local Implementation Team assigned to products sold.
11. Assists in preparing Cash Management sales plan and local/ regional reports.
12. Contribute to the effectiveness of the department’s BCP, actively participate in the BCP testing providing timely feedback on BCP matters, make themselves available during contingency situations. Should be fully conversant and knowledgeable of the most updated BCP and keeps a copy of the departments call tree readily accessible at his/her place of residence.
13. Ensure that appropriate local procedures and internal controls that interpret the Group Policy and Standards and the local law and regulations of Money Laundering Prevention are documented, implemented, maintained and monitored
14. Ensure compliance with Bank's policy including but not limited to Group and Local Code of Conduct, Health and Safety, Diversity and Inclusion and escalate to management any policy breaches fro appropriate decision/handling.
Qualifications Skills
1. Relevant experience in banking industry.
2. Professional discipline and expertise must include - Good knowledge of Cash Management and Trade Solutions and Operational perspective in execution of said products and good knowledge of credit risk management, and project management skills
3. Proven capability to discuss and negotiate detailed business propositions
4. Strong marketing skills coupled with an ability to sell the Group's banking services in a competitive market in a highly motivated and profitable manner
5. Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
