Transaction Banking Sales Manager recruitment
Reporting to the Director of Local Corp, TB Sales, your key responsibilities and roles include -
Job Responsibilities:
- A minimum of eight years' Transactin Banking experience
- Developing Business Sales Opportunities for Transaction Banking services;
- Developing long term business relationships with Large Local Corporates;
- Managing and delegating business sales pipeline and leads tracking;
- Managing sales documentation and pre-sales document processing;
- Evaluating and initiating business (Sales) process improvement within acceptable timeline to support business growth and customer centricity;
- Review post implementation of delivered services/facilities;
- To coordinate and correlate with all product partners and other channels within the Group to drive and deepen the wallet size and increase market utilisation of Transaction Banking solutions and services;
- Responsible achieve sales targets for Transaction Banking products services
- Plan and evaluate new business proposals to existing and new customers to up-sell Transaction Banking products and services Ownership of customer relationship and customer interface.
- Plan and develop business cases and conduct business reviews and justification in relation to profitability.
- Take proactive and preventive measures to ensure cost-to-income ration is within the acceptance level.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive sales experience in either Cash or Trade
- Strong product knowledge in either Cash or Trade
- Strong business acumen
- Able to work independently while also providing support to peers and line manager
- Sales and target oriented
- Fluent in English
