The REO/Transaction Coordinator position is a vital position to building and maintaining strong with our clients/banks. The objective of this position is to provide quality and efficient service to our clients/banks through coordinating transactions through the close of escrow.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
· High School diploma
JOB EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / CERTIFICATIONS
· 3 years recent REAL ESTATE work experience is REQUIRED
· Familiar with a multiple line phone system, copy machines and fax machines
· Current valid driver’s license, insurance and have reliable transportation
SPECIALIED / TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
· Type 30+ words per minute
· Bilingual in English and Spanish is REQUIRED

- Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
