Transaction Execution Manager - Corporate Structured Asset Finance
Up to £55,000 + Benefits
South East UK
Acting as an interface between the Corporate Structured Asset Finance sales teams and the wider business you will be responsible for instigating deal teams to ensure transactions are managed effectively and in accordance with company and documentation requirements.
You will have vast Asset Finance experience coupled with a detailed understanding of how deals are formed, structured and executed. Additional duties will include:
* Seeking advise on legislative, regulatory and policy issues meeting as necessary with customers, solicitors, accountants, valuers, insurance brokers ('Advisors') and Group staff
* Seeking advice and sign off from relevant Group functions
* Discussing any unusual features with support functions and then building and implementing controls and processes to ensure that such features can been managed throughout in-life of Transactions
* Drafting and agreeing a suitable in-life management and governance plan for Transactions by encompassing a 'cradle to grave' policy
* Arranging for execution of Transactions
* Provide support for in-life management of complex and specialised transactions which will include:-
o Undertaking in-life functions that are not provided by the company
o Obtaining annual sign-off that the risk profile of the Transaction (Legal, Accounting,
o Operational, Regulatory, Tax) as identified on day 1 has not changed and that expected income on day 1 has not been impacted by any changes. Risks associated with and report accordingly
You MUST have experience of Asset Finance alongside knowledge of transacting complex transactions within a Bank or Specialised Finance Company. A background in either legal, accounting, tax, or operations is preferred.
