Transaction Management – ISDA recruitment

 Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 – 3 years proven experience in a transaction documentation environment and be able to draft ISDA templates and manage the negotiation process throughout its life-cycle.  Our client is interested in candidates with Derivatives documentation experience, the ability to set up the ISDA framework and with good understanding of regional issues.   A degree in law or other relevant qualification is required, the ability to work independently and with excellent communication skills.  Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory; an Asian language skill would be beneficial, but not essential. The position is offered initially on a fixed-term contract and ideally applicants should be available to take up the position immediately.
