Transaction Manager – 12 month contract recruitment
Our client is looking for an experience Transaction Manager with Structured Finance experience generally - including working on and negotiating new deals and amending existing ones
Covered Bonds
CMBS transactions
RMBS transactions
Master Trusts structures (mortgages and credit cards)
Whole Business securitisations
A very good understanding of Structured Finance deal documents is essential and someone who can take matters and run with them without close supervision.
A good understanding of the commercial rationale behind the provisions in the transaction documents and a good understanding of where and how a corporate trustee and agents fit into a Structured Finance transaction is essential
You will also require a good understanding on the pressure points on corporate trustees and agents on new Structured Finance deals and amendments to existing deals, be good at working with lawyers and familiar with operational matters e.g. understanding on closings and bond issuances as well as being very good at working within deadlines.
This role would suit a Lawyer or an individual who has relevant legal experience (document review) or otherwise is very familiar with Structured Finance documentation.
