Overview:
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Transaction Manager to join a leading International Bank. Based in offices in London, the successful candidate will work within the Debt Team and will be responsible for managing client transactions from inception through to completion. This role would be ideally suited to a self motivated, client focussed individual with proven experience of conventional debt related products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing client transactions to include review, negotiation and execution of relevant documentation in relation to Conventional Debt (e.g. Eurobonds, loan participation notes, high yield transactions, EMTN/ECP programmes, liability management exercises and trusteeships).
- Ensuring that all appropriate approvals are in place prior to deal closure.
- Opening, verifying, managing and closing cash and custody accounts (on and offshore).
- Completing annual account reviews.
- Chasing outstanding compliance certificates.
- Managing EMTN/ECP programme update process for allocated clients.
- Creating documentation file and chasing outstanding documents/agreements.
- Ensuring Operations receive documents in a timely manner.
- Initiating/ensuring correct client billing on an ongoing basis.
You will have:
- Strong experience of Transaction Banking.
- Solid knowledge of Conventional Debt and related products.
