The Role
Role will involve advising Senior Lending Managers on a range of debt and equity structured instruments not usually part of the traditional lending suite. You will review transactions (including inter alia, equity stakes, Property Participation Fee Agreements amongst others) to advise on appropriate pricing, structuring and controls.
This is a 2 year FTC
The Candidate
Candidates will have extensive Portfolio Management experience within a Leveraged Finance or Private Equity environment or, come from Transaction Services with a large practice firm.
