Overview:
The Global Asset Servicing Utility provides centralised asset servicing solutions for multiple products, businesses and client segments across the wholesale bank.
Key services include the proactive management of Corporate Actions, Income, Taxation, Proxy Voting and Client Enquiries/Reporting.
Working with hubs in Asia Pacific and the Americas, the Global Asset Servicing Team in Bournemouth is a dynamic environment, providing a bench mark product to all WSS clients.
The Team:
The Asset Servicing, Middle Office team is responsible for servicing and supporting of specific client relationships in relation to the administration of their portfolios for corporate actions.
On a daily basis, the team validate the processing undertaken by the back office throughout the lifecycle of the event, provide assistance and guidance on client and third party queries, ensure that the core systems reflect the third party custodian holdings as well as restricting / releasing assets, based on stock availability from a corporate action event.
Core Responsibilities: Asset Servicing Middle Office Team:
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of daily deliverables as required
Maintain accurate processing on client records
Maintain high level of professionalism with both internal and external clients
Good problem solving skills / lateral thinker
Your Background:
Corporate Actions / Investment Services experience preferred.
Knowledge of Corporate Actions / Cosmic desirable.
You will be able to give examples of your self-management achievements.
Demonstrated experience of risk awareness
Proven experience of relationship management communicating complex issues with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience of working with financial data accurately within given time frames and multiple deadlines.
