Transaction Reporting Programme Manager - MiFID - 130k
My client is a leading Global Investment Bank who requires an experienced Operations Change Programme Manager to run a key strategic work stream within their transaction reporting programme.
This is a role where you will have the opportunity to mould and make it your own and with the tight deadlines imposed under the MiFID 1, offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to step up and deliver in a highly visible role.
You will have ownership for the organisations strategic ambitions to transform the architecture within this area and with the upcoming MiFID 2 implementation imminent, this is a long term vision and the chance for this individual to put a stamp on the company and progress in to senior management roles.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing project deliveries across the Business and BO/FO IT multiple departments
- Managing key work streams within this change function
- Running Steering Committees – creating agendas and minutes
- Managing and dealing with senior stakeholders – engaging throughout
- Understand client’s requirements and exceed expectations
Key skills/competencies required:
- Proven experience delivering change within Investment Banking Operations
- Experienced in Project Management and methodologies – PMP/PRINCE2 qualifications are preferred
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills – comfortable facing off to senior individuals and pushing back where necessary
- Ran Steering Committees and had experience producing agendas and minutes
- Ideally excellent experience within Transaction Reporting – ideally around MiFID and the FCA
