Transaction Services Analyst recruitment
Key Responsibilities
- New customer implementation - track database setup and testing, organise training for new customer and keep relevant teams e.g. Operations, Technology, Product etc. informed of progress along the way.
- Facilitate customer-testing requirements - changing ERP systems, new countries added to netting structure, new netting accounts added to existing structure.
- Provide sign off for implementation of new Liquidity Reports
- Provide monthly priority listing tasks to Production Support.
- Liaise with Legal Departments in countries where customers wish to have them added to their netting structure.
- Submit RFS for all change requests.
- Ensure Netting documentation is up to date. Complete documentation on any new enhancements / functionalities to Netting. Compile customer presentations.
- Analyse changes proposed to include impact on operations/partner systems, Ensure quality management system is implemented, maintained and regularly reviewed for process improvements and accuracy
- Liase with various different functional teams e.g. Business Manager, Technology Team, UAT, throughout the SDLC process for initiating activities, providing updates, receiving updates re sign offs etc.
- Monitor documentation/work being performed for each project throughout the SDLC eg estimates for work to be performed, Technical Specifications, UAT Test Plans etc
- Communicating progress of the project(s) to relevant parties and/or Section Manager, Department Manager and Senior Managemen
- Ensure awareness and adherence to Quality Management System
- Ensures appropriate testing takes place for all systems delivered as part of each release
- Track and monitor project activities against agreed business dates
- Identify, track and document issues and risks where appropriate
- Ensure project plans are created and maintained
- Ensure documented reviews of project documentation takes place
- Ensure Project deliverables are unit and system tested
- Communication relating to project updates, status and deliverables
- Provide strong analytical, technical, business and/or management expertise to the group
- Respond to and resolve issues beyond standard management requests
Qualifications
Skills and Aptitudes:
- Strong Analytical skills a must
- Proactive in identifying opportunities. Self motivated. Willing to take ownership and responsibility.
- Organizational - Managing demands from several sources and working to deadlines. Ability to multi task.
- Resourcefulness - Ability to conduct research.
- Presentation skills
- Use independent judgment to make decisions where no clear precedents exist
Knowledge:
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of CTS applications a bonus
- Experienced at client planning and coordinating input from multiple product and operational areas.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- 3rd level qualification preferred
