Transaction Services Assistant Manager – France, French language skills and previous TS Experience not required!! recruitment
The opportunity offers the perfect chance to make the first move out of audit into the highly sought after Transaction Services field in one of Europe’s strongest economies.
Your role will include:
- Due diligence of acquisitions
- Identifying risks that could affect value or the structuring of a transaction.
- Monitoring post-acquisition implementation of the acquisition agreement
- Vendor support including pre-sale and diagnostic assistance to the seller through the transaction process
- Vendor due diligence preparation
- Acquiring a good level of knowledge about the activity of the target company.
- Prepare and review financial analysis highlighting performance factors of target companies
- Analyzing business plans and key underlying assumptions.
- Identify and quantify the effects related to separation of the divested business of selling group and potential synergies.
- Identification of the key points that may affect the price of the transaction.
To be considered for this role you must:
- Hold a recognised accountancy qualification such as the ACA, CA or equivalent
- Have between 3 6 years experience gained within professional practice
- Have a genuine desire to relocate to France
- Be committed to moving into Transaction Services
