Transaction Services Consultants, Germany recruitment
As a result of record economic growth in Germany, our client has opportunity for Transaction Services Managers with German language skills to join the team.
This is a fabulous opportunity working with a truly international team. The team dynamic is friendly and international. They facilitate the MA process, working with cross-functional teams made up of members of both the acquiring and acquired organisations.
You will be responsible for:-
• Leading client engagement teams
• work within all phases and aspects of methodology across transaction engagements
Vendor work
You should be able to
• Demonstrate strong transaction knowledge in a particular industry (e.g., utility, manufacturing, software, retail, biotech, etc.) as well as depth in a particular functional area (e.g., finance, IT, operations, HR, etc.).
• Demonstrate ability to not only identify integration risks and issues, but recommend resolutions.
• Lead business development activities to sell work through development of internal and external client relationship network.
Successfully supervise, coach, and mentor all levels of staff.
To apply, you should have 2-3 years’ experience in Transaction Services or Audit and be currently at Consultant or senior level and be able to speak, read and write in high level German Language.
