Transaction Services Director Africa recruitment
Think Global Recruitment is working with one of the world’s premier accounting firms to find an experienced Transaction Services Senior Manager/director for this fantastic opportunity in the Southern African region. This is a real developmental opportunity for the right individual to grow an entire department with unrivalled rewards.

A developing economy, Africa has huge potential for business to be both developed and consolidated and accordingly, this firm is looking for an ambitious individual to help make this a reality.
As you grow the department, you will get to travel around the entire Southern African region, securing new business, managing existing client relationships and providing the strategic guile to consolidate the firm’s place as a market leader.
To be successful in this diverse and exciting role you will ideally have the following profile:
- Have a minimum of 10 years experience in Transaction Services within a professional practice environment
- Have experience of successfully managing a team
- Speak fluent English (English is the business language however French language skills will be highly advantageous)
- Desire to work in an international environment and get involved in large Private Equity and Cross Border transactions.
- Experience in dealing with demanding jobs
- Experience of making strategic decisions and developing key business
- Experience in the acquisitions of large entities
