EXPERIENCED TRANSACTION SERVICES MANAGER FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FIRM IN POOLE, DORSET
Our client is a respected professional services firm and they are seeking to strengthen their management team with the addition of an experienced Transaction Services Manager.
The firm's clients include owner-managed ventures, international corporate organisations, top listed groups (including 17% of the FTSEurofirst 100), the public sector and numerous private individuals.
Key responsibilities will include carrying out Transaction Services assignments, ensuring that the client’s expectations are exceeded through the provision of a quality product within an agreed budget and timescale. You will be involved in all aspects of TS including business development activities, and will be a part of a dynamic and growing team with ambitious objectives, with your role providing additional expertise to widen the firm's offered services.
The successful candidate for this Transaction Services Manager role is likely to be a Qualified accountant, ACA, ACCA or equivalent (essential) with experience of preparing and drafting TS reports in a professional services firm. They will have strong analytical skills, be able to convey opinions clearly to the client, be able to work on their own initiative and to develop strong client relationships.
They will also be expected to contribute to the development of new initiatives and methodologies and managing client and partner expectations through effective communication. They will have the ability to work as a team as well as manage projects independently and have strong public speaking and presentations skills.
