Transaction Services Manager, Associate Director ( Based in Dubai, UAE)
With global operations their regional hub in the Middle East covers areas of advisory within Corporate Finance, Valuations and Business Modeling. The current team works with a variety of clients helping them evaluate projects, analyse debt and equity funding as well as providing other Financial advisory services.
This opportunity will extend to areas of corporate finance where areas of funding and financing are secured for investment mandates, as well as completing financial models as part of the client support mechanism.
As part of this role you will:
- Provide MA and corporate advisory services including valuations, due diligence and feasibility studies.
- Assist in identifying and analysing MA opportunities for clients in various sectors.
- Analyse and recommend strategic rationale for vertical integration of investments or divestments.
- Manage transactions, oversee negotiations of terms and developing proposals to raise funds.
- Carry out financial modeling and developing appropriate financial solutions.
- Maintain complex and detailed financial and valuation models.
- Prepare financial projections, analysis of scenarios and sensitivities with also reporting potential key risks within projects and models.
- Raise debt or equity and restructuring.
Our client is looking to hire candidates with a strong background within corporate finance and MA ideally gained within an investment banking, financial services or corporate advisory organisation.
As the successful candidate you should have excellent numerical and analytical skills with a minimum of five years experience within a suitable advisory position ideally within a Big 4 organisation, Investment Bank or Private Equity house.
You should have the ability to work independently, be able to think “outside the box’ and apply creative and constructive thinking to proposals.
Successful candidates should possess the following:
- Finance Degree
- Ideally a MBA within Finance
- ACA or CFA Qualification
- Five years plus experience within MA and corporate finance advisory
- Transactional experience within the MENA region would be of a distinct advantage
- Candidates should possess fluent Arabic language skills as well as fluency in English.
The successful candidate should have experience in corporate finance transactions (i.e Valuations, MA and Modeling). Experience in working on Public Sector and Infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
