Job Purpose:
To work as part of the Transaction Credit Services team comprising of approx eight staff. The main functions of this role are as follows: Review transactional documentation to capture relevant economical data to ensure management of securities through to maturity. Trade booking economical terms into our internal transactional application to ensure all economical obligations and requirements are fulfilled. Regulatory reporting, audit reporting, query management and the credit role also sits within the Transaction Credit Services team and the successful candidate would be required to train on the functions also. The role also involves general office duties such as filing, archiving general house keeping. Taking responsibility for any ad-hoc projects or tasks as delegated by the section supervisors or manager.
Job Background:
The Transaction Credit Services team is about 5 years old - two years in London and three years in Dublin. The Transaction Credit Services team are responsible for all data changes to our in-house system "ATIS" for the whole of Agency Trust. Primarily we are responsible for the accuracy of data provided to the clearing systems - Euroclear Clearstream.

Knowledge Skill Set:
- A knowledge of the Agency trust business would be an advantage
- Demonstrate good customer service attitude, dealing with external/internal "clients"
- Documentation experience would be beneficial (ISDA/ ICMA)

- Review of MTN/Bond/Warrant documentation such as pricing supplements (Terms Conditions)
- Offering Circulars, Programme Prospectus and book transactions into internal system.
- Compare documentation to system information, checking for accuracy of data and highlight discrepancies.
- Update ATIS Data system where necessary and ensure verified by supervisor.
- Interpret, prepare and input the conditions set out in warrant terms onto internal system.
- Run relevant reports (including regulatory reporting) for various roles as listed above.
- Investigate discrepancies from clients (both internal and external) where necessary.
- Ensure TCS clean desk has been adhered to along with our floor standards corporate policies.
