Due to a healthy deal pipeline, their Transaction Services team currently seeks two capable and career minded professionals to join their team in Melbourne.
What you do
As a Senior within the Transaction Services team you will be involved in a range of financial due diligence services to mid-cap clients. Day to day tasks include detailed data collection, analysis and modelling in order to identify key value drivers and potential “deal breakers”, the development of written financial due diligence reports, buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence reports, the contribution to investigative accounting work on public offerings and maintaining strong relationships with a raft of 3rd party advisors such as lawyers, bankers and corporate advisors.
What you need
The successful applicant will have a relevant bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance and likely be working towards the CA, CFA or related post-graduate qualification. It is likely that you previously worked in a Transaction Services team, either on a secondment or full-time basis. Commercially astute, you will enjoy working directly with clients; providing insight and technical advice. With exceptional interpersonal and written skills, you will be career focussed, hard-working and committed to excellence.
