Within the Transaction Services department you will be involved in acquisitions or divestitures, on behalf of industrial and commercial customers, financial institutions or investment funds in France and abroad.
Your role will include:
- Due diligence of acquisitions
- Identifying risks that could affect value or the structuring of a transaction.
- Monitoring post-acquisition implementation of the acquisition agreement
- Vendor support including pre-sale and diagnostic assistance to the seller through the transaction process
- Vendor due diligence preparation
- Acquiring a good level of knowledge about the activity of the target company.
- Prepare and review financial analysis highlighting performance factors of target companies
- Analyzing business plans and key underlying assumptions.
- Identify and quantify the effects related to separation of the divested business of selling group and potential synergies.
- Identification of the key points that may affect the price of the transaction.
To be considered for this role you must:
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience in an Audit, Restructuring or Corporate Finance environment.
- Speak fluent English some level of French
- Enjoy teamwork and want to contribute to the rapid growth of our business.
- Want to work in an international environment and get involved in large Private Equity and Cross Border transactions.
- For visa purposes, you must be an EU citizen or have the right to work in the EU unrestricted
