Transaction Support Executive/Manager
A successful independent corporate advisory firm in Oxfordshire are looking to recruit a high caliber corporate finance executive.
You will be expected to maximise the effectiveness and profitability of the Corporate Finance department. You will provide support on larger transactions and lead the client contact on smaller transactions.
You have a high calibre academic background and be ACA or ACCA qualified or equivalent. You will have a minimum of one year's corporate finance and transaction advisory experience gained in a professional firm, institution or corporate. Direct client facing experience is essential.
