Transaction Svs. Sr. Supervisor recruitment
The incumbent will join the Performance Analytics team to provide performance calculation attribution analysis to our clients in the region. The candidate will work closely with our Product Managers and counterparts in US to roll out the service in Singapore.
The incumbent will also be responsible for the production, verification and communication of all performance related activities based upon client requirements as well as producing other periodic client reports. The Analyst will also be responsible for understanding and ensuring the accuracy of the data.
Key responsibilities include:
- Produce, review and validate portfolio account performance calculations
- Produce and review performance reports associated with accounts, managers and sponsors
- Create customized reporting based upon client requirements
- Maintain, produce and review client composites according to SLAs and GIPS standards
- Lead or participate in department projects and ensure their completion
- Assist in new client on boarding and implementations
- Review, update and implement new processes and procedures where needed to enhance operational controls
- Assist Product Area with client presentations to current or prospective clients
- Perform quality control review on team members work
- Support testing of new features/functionality between the Performance and Accounting platforms
- Responsible for interfacing with performance and index vendors
- Provide feedback on vendor system quality/functionality
- Mentor team members in skill development
- Provide feedback to Manager on team member development
- Assist in the training of new staff and help Manager determine training schedule based upon current production needs
- Attend to Client queries
- Other duties as assigned by Manager
Competencies/Skills:
- Computer literate with excellent MS Office skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (example: macro, filtering, pivot tables, etc)
- Working knowledge of Statpro functionality or other performance systems
- Strong analysis and problem solving skills
- Sound knowledge of performance, attribution methods and risk measurement
- Working knowledge of the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS)
- Knowledge of the end-to-end view of the overall performance reporting process
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail skill
- Advanced knowledge of all security types
- Working knowledge of accounting systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Access not required but preferred

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a Business related field
- 5-7 years of performance analysis experience in financial services
- CFA and CIPM (optional)
