Transactional Process Leader Finance Job in Poznań, Wielkopolskie Poland
Main Responsibilities:
Technical:
- Constantly identify improvement potentials for the transactional part of the applicable processes and actively secure that that their goals are reached, agreed with involved stakeholders and implemented
-Identification: gather input/potentials from BSC and local organization
-Agreement: with Process Owner, Head of Finance BSC/Manager GBS
-Implementation: coordination locally and in the regional BSC's to reach the goals
- Adapt transactional Finance processes according to overall changes agreed with the Process Owner in scope (incl. providing change requests for af-fected IT systems)
- Initiate changes that support Process Owner in improving the end-to-end effectiveness and efficiency of the processes in scope
- Develop, monitor and review KPI's related to the Finance transactional part of the processes in scope.
- Ensure that the transactional process is known and used as intended within Company and that there is a ‘living' process baseline documentation that is easy to understand
- Gather and provide input to the development of the IT solutions.
- Ensure synchronization with other processes

- Effectively manage the relationships with all relevant key persons in Group Finance, BSC/GBS Organization and process owners/process leaders
Create a supportive, demanding and challenging relationship with all relevant country- and unit finance managers and their key persons

Education and experience:
- Master degree in Accounting, Business Administration or similar
- Excellent knowledge of Finance processes
- Experience from working in a process oriented environment
- Proven experience from process development and change management
- Good working knowledge of IFRS and EU Vat legislations is an advantage
- Practice background from auditing, finance management, financial report-ing or similar
