Transactional/Contracts Paralegal Job in Littleton 80202, Colorado Us

Our client, an international company with an office in south Denver, is looking for a paralegal with either a transactional background or contracts background to work as a Documentation / Process Specialist. Responsibilities include:

•Review of documents to ensure they accurately and effectively meet loan requirements as they have been set for the in the original term sheet.

 

•Coordination of pre- and post- transaction negotiations to ensure that all documentation is complete and that it meet s the requirements of the lender. Communication and negotiation of revisions with external parties such as banks, lender’s counsel and borrower’s counsel in a timely.

 

•Primary point of contact for interacting with team members to coordinate team efforts

 

•Track document statuses to ensure the completion of documents

•Coordinate resolution of legal/risk/operational issues with band back office and documentation groups

 

•Negotiation of ISDA agreements.

 

Job Requirements:

•3-5 years experience in document management, process improvement, and negotiation

 

•Acute attention to detail

 

•Organization, prioritization, initiative and attention to detail

 

•Excellent communication skills with a wide range of personalities and levels of sophistication

 

Preferred:

•Paralegal certification
