Transfer Agency

Custodian in London is looking to hire within their Transfer Agency team for a period of 6 months initially.

The purpose of the role is to provide excellent client service via incoming calls, emails and written enquiries.

Responsibilities include;

Answer all calls in a timely, efficient , professional and courteous manner
Telephone Dealing
Provide excellent customer service to all parties that contact the Fund Service Centre
Provide information on Register amendments (COA, Mandates, Transfers etc.)
Provide information on Distribution payments
Provide information on general Registration enquiries
Field calls and pass onto relevant sections/person where applicable
Answer faxed and e-mail enquiries from clients/Agents and investors in a timely, efficient and professional manner
Provide Monthly valuations to Nominee clients
Check Periodic Statements
Assist with preparation for AGM/EGMs
