Responsibilities
- Transfer Agency Relationship Management
- Client Services.
- Day to Day management of complex third party supplier relationships.
- Manage Key stakeholders and communicate performance to senior and middle management.
- Responsible for supplier performance, quality of service delivered and the resolution of operational and service incidents.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be degree educated.
- Have Client services/relationship Management experience.
- Have 3-5 years experience within Financial Services, with specifically an understanding of the regulatory framework in which it operates.
- Have FSA experience.
- Have a Financial Services qualification, or Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPs) qualification.
