The Company
Renowned Private Investment Services Company with a global presence is seeking a Senior Transfer Agency Specialist to join their Client On-boarding team
The Role
Senior position within the Investor On-Boarding team with responsibility for ensuring due diligence checks on all shareholder accounts with the objective of accuracy and client satisfaction. She/He will perform AML/KYC due diligence on a range of institutional client types with different legal structures, in all jurisdictions, to support businesses across various product groups including Real Estate Funds and Equities.
Key Tasks:
- Experience with Irish AML/KYC account opening
- Liaise with Client Relationship Managers and AML/Compliance Managers
- Train junior analysts in AML/KYC best practise procedures
The Person
She/He will have a minimum of 3 years experience in Transfer Agency with at least 2 years of working in a similar AML/KYC environment. The ideal person will possess a solid understanding of typical legal structures including hedge funds, SPVs, partnerships, trusts and charities.
Key Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of AML/KYC legal requirements aligned to current regulations
- Top quality comunication skills, written and verbal. Fluent English is essential, German and/or French would be very advantageous
- Knowledge of Multifonds TA would be a plus
