Transfer Agency Business Analyst recruitment

The role involves analysing change, defining requirements, planning and resolving queries of clients internal to the Fund Services organisation as well as external Fund clients.
Citi is driving a period of sustained changed in a complex and challenging market environment. Introduction of change with a focus on driving competitiveness and efficiency to ensure sustainability is essential. The individual appointed will form part of the team which will drive support of the new systems and processes introduced within the overall TA platform.

The focus for the appointee will be to manage change requests on the TA platform and service complex queries from clients in relation to the system capabilities. Key systems and services to be supported include Citi's Front End system, Media Vendor output, Commissions process, core platform changes etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with internal TA BAU operations teams and Client implementations teams regarding requirements from new or existing clients.
• Manage the change with vendors involved including analysing requirements, submitting requests, managing delivery with the vendors, testing and implementation
• Co-ordinate minor project initiatives such as ad hoc mailing requests from change request through to delivery
• Act as SME for queries from internal and external clients on reporting capabilities
• Use formal tracking tools for managing status of all support activities
• Manage communication with internal and external clients regarding the overall status of queries or minor project initiatives
• Prepare and maintain procedure documents regarding the processes supported
• Communicate effectively with internal technology partners or the vendor in order to investigate reason for issues with a view to resolving the issues in an efficient manner

• Support the rollout and on-boarding of the new applications across internal and external teams

Knowledge/Experience:
Essential:
- Extensive knowledge / experience of the Transfer Agency business
- Subject matter expertise of several areas of TA business and a good understanding of reporting requirements to support TA operations and external clients
- Knowledge of at least one TA platform
- Strong business analysis skills
- Experience of project implementation and management of change
- Strong communication skills

Desirable:
- Knowledge of GTAS, Navigator and VBS an advantage
- Exceptional candidates who do not meet these criteria may be considered for the role provided they have the necessary skills and experience.
