Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage and develop client relationships to ensure effective and professional communication
• Manage the monthly subscriptions/redemptions processing
• Review of monthly activity
• Initial document review
• Review systems requirements of the team / client and work with ISS team on developments.
• Manage month end deadlines
• Ensure team adhere to internal controls and procedures
• Co-ordinate and assist with annual audit where necessary
• Manage and complete client initialization and transition
• Manage team resources, performance and career development
Knowledge, Skills Experience Required
- Degree in Accounting or Finance or Business related area (minimum 2.2 honors degree)
- Minimum 4 years in a senior capacity within Fund Administration (some hedge fund experience is necessary)
- Excellent administrative, organisational and business support skills, with the ability to multi-task and to work calmly under pressure.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong written verbal communication skills
• Possess excellent organisational, planning and co-ordination skills.
• Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines
• Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team
