Transfer Agency Manager recruitment
The Role
As a Manager within Transfer Agency, you will be responsible for ensuring staff adhere to IFDSL operating procedures and controls, whilst managing staffing requirements and meeting clients needs and objectives. Other responsibilities will include:
- Manage functions performed by the team for new fund launches and conversions.
- Review documentation, coordinate resolution of risk and legal issues, establish new client contacts and liaise with banking partners.
- Monitor team's work flow and improve efficiency with a focus on automation and the oversight of outsourced functions.
- Manage controls established/required within the group ensuring properly documented, aligned with corporate standards and all CSSF legal requirements are met.
- Actively participate in project integration both locally and globally.
- Report and escalate matters relating to registration activities, gains and losses, risk management to senior management as appropriate.
The Profile
- Bac+4 or equivalent professional qualification.
- A Minimum of 5 years experience within Transfer Agency.
- Proven experience of managing teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English (Both written and Spoken) and one other European Language.
- Advanced Computer skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook.)
