The Customer Services team answers all queries received via phone, email, facsimile and post on behalf of fund clients including shareholders, brokers or financial intermediaries, as well as fund promoters and fund management companies.

As an Officer of Investor Distributor Services, your role is essential for ensuring the successful completion of IFDSL Customer Services' objectives and requires:

o strong managerial skills

o Demonstrates the ability to analyze complex cases, obtain and evaluate information to reach sound conclusions

o Communicates effectively and manage clients expectations

o Continuous interaction with various operational units within the company as well as with our business Partners, sister companies and constant contacts with clients. Builds relationships and networks with support areas.

o Continuously raises standards and pursues excellence

- Minimum of 5 years of recent experience and expertise in Transfer Agency or Financial Services involving staff supervision and operation management.

- Managerial skills:

o The candidate should demonstrate a high degree of self-reliance and self-motivation and should be able to take own initiatives to solve problem or propose win-win strategies as applicable.

o The candidate should display leadership skills and be able to foster a performance culture

o The candidate should be able to work with volumes, define priorities to achieve objectives

- Independent, analytical and detailed oriented:

o The candidate should be able to work independently and perform assigned tasks accurately, take initiatives, make recommendation on dedicated topics in order to maintain or enhance services.

o Accepts challenges and help others to work well.

o Actively participates in and support change.

- Communication skills:

o Deliver quality service and maintain excellent work and service level standards by communicating effectively and efficiently

o The candidate should be fluent in English written and oral.

o Any other language skills especially German or  Dutch would be considered as an advantage.

- Advanced computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
