Transfer Agency Operational Supplier Management Officer recruitment

As a Transfer Agency Operational Supplier Management Officer your major accountabilities will include:

•  Evidenced monitoring of reconciliation breaks

•  Ensuring that the TA executes monthly rebates and delivers monthly rebates in a timely and accurate manner.

•  Control and approve any day to day BAU TA reports. Ensure that they are sent accurately and by the agreed deadlines.

•  Act as liaison point between RBC-Dexia and AIL for any queries relating to AML/KYC and ensure that AIL procedures are complied with...

•  Report progress on regular work, particular issues, problems and propose solutions to TA OSM Senior Officer.

•  Manage internal and external client expectations and control the orderly resolution of pending clients' queries.

•  Elaborate KP reports

•  Serve as technical resource for internal and external customers and promote the good reputation and achievements of the CS department.

•  Timely and accurate intervention of non outsourced AIPL deal execution

•  Sensitivity to potential financial ,business or reputational impact of own or others actions.

•  Ownership of the TA Operational Supplier Manager Inbox. 

•  Escalation of issues to TA OSM Senior Officer in a timely manner.

•  Up-to-date procedures

•  All internal and external calls to be answered promptly and professionally.

• Pro-active time management to enable resourcing flexibility

As a Transfer Agency Operational Supplier Management Officer your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

•  Excellent handling of MS Office applications

•  In-depth knowledge of EXCEL, Pivot tables, etc.

•  Fluency in English is a must.

• University Degree

•  Good working relationships within/across teams;

•  Operating within agreed levels;

•  Accurate, flexible, dynamic and team-oriented;

•  Developed strong analytical, organizational and communication skills;

•  Desire to provide a superior internal and external client service;

•  Key Performance Indicators and performance measurement understanding
