Transfer Agency Operations Manager (Ref. No:TAOM/AT241011) recruitment
As a Manager, your main responsibility will be to supervise your team members on their daily operations and optimize their performance. As a Transfer Agent, you will be involved in the daily administration of mutual fund activities, from order processing and client reporting to compliance reviews. Your role is to make sure that all customer instructions are handle accurately and that the services standards are met in accordance with the SLA. You will be involved in the proper implementation of new products and services, and you will produce regular management reports.
To be eligible for this position, candidates will justify of at least 4 to 5 years experience in a similar environment. It is essential to have a strong understanding of Transfer Agency operations in terms of end-to-end transaction, risk control, processing systems and compliance regulations. Degree holder and fluency in English are compulsory.
