The Role
You will be required to demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of relevant work processes alongside an excellent understanding of related and interfacing activities for both local off shore Transfer Agency models.
You will be expected to research, document, and assist in the planning and delivery projects. The major focus will be to work with Senior Management to delivery the strategy, procedures, process-improvement, in addition oversee the general management / client servicing of external customers/vendors and other departments within the Bank. The implementation of change will be a major part of the role.
Primary responsibilities would include to successfully implement Transfer Agency performance targets and objectives, both operational and project based so that the department is seen as both customer oriented and quality driven, while also being a contributor to the financial success of the Bank and development and maintenance of strong client relationship in conjunction with the client management plans driven from Europe.
Your Profile
Suitable candidates must be a degree holder with at least 5 to 8 years relevant experience in Transfer Agency operations and project. Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese Mandarin preferred.
You must have outstanding Product / Service Knowledge in Transfer Agency including off shore and local market knowledge with a focus on Singapore, Hong Kong Taiwan. Excellent research, analytical thinking, documentation and presentation skills. Effective policies and procedures control - with a concern for quality. Proven interpersonal, communication, project and leadership skills.
You need demonstrated problem solving, decision-making and negotiation skills. You must be a team player, ability to build consensus and to motivate others, ability to develop and maintain business relationships within the business unit and cross site e.g. Hong Kong, Ireland and Luxemburg and display a strong understanding of the corporate workings of a global service provider.
