The Role:

The Registration Administrator works closely with the Team Leader and Senior Administrator to ensure that account/broker set-ups, account/broker maintenances, review of KYC/AML documentation and related queries are dealt with efficiently, accurately and professionally. The Registration Administrator’s daily tasks are an integral part of the process, ensuring that quality service is delivered to assigned clients on a timely basis. IFDS prides itself on providing quality of service based on team effort and the Registration Administrator will be an integral part of this collaboration and development.

The Profile:

• You will have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar position  

• Hold a BAC+3 or equivalent /or be embarking on a professional banking/financial services qualification.

• Have excellent communication skills, fluent in English (written and oral) and one other European language.

• Good computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word and Outlook.)

• A proven team player, you will strive to build an atmosphere of co-operation within the group whilst?providing assistance to other team members when time permits.

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
