Senior Transfer Agency Analyst
Due to an increase in New Business and Funds Under Management, bringing the FUM up to the 130 BLN FUM mark, our client with a keen eye for exceptional candidates is keen to add to their Shareholder Services operations team with an experience Transfer Agency Analyst to come in on an 11 Month contract basis at Consultant level.
Required:
- 3 Years Transfer Agency/Shareholder Services experience
- Solid Technical exposure
- Strong Systems applications experience
- Good leadership skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Shares knowledge and expertise, efficiently and professionally.
- Leads by example and promotes commitment to the provision of a quality service to clients.
- Reviews fund documentation and service definitions/service level agreements with timely escalation of issues arising.
- Maintains and manages the pipeline of new and incremental fund business.
- Takes ownership for projects and provides regular and meaningful periodic updates to line management and colleagues.
- Works with colleagues and line management in challenging existing processes and developing processes for effective handling of new situations within the Transfer Agency department.
- Assists clients and colleagues with complex problem resolution. Consults line management and peers on effective ways to meet client needs.
- Ensure you are proactive in identifying process or service weaknesses within Transfer Agency team and offer solutions where applicable
- Agency and seeks to implement the necessary changes in conjunction with line management and colleagues.
- Ensures that all queries from internal and external parties are dealt with efficiently and professionally.
- Takes responsibility for timely and accurate completion of workload. Performs additional work where volume or absence requires such work to be completed.
This is a rare opportunity to work within a Transfer Agency/Shareholder Services function with a difference emphasis on client and operational procedure. Fantastic exposure to New Client on boarding as well as developing new process and procedures to improve efficiencies within the business.
