clients. Key Responsibilities: The
requirements and responsibilities for the role include (but are not
limited to) the following:
- Managing the
business critical Transfer Agency portfolio of applications
supporting the EMEA and Asia business - Evolving the
roadmap for Transfer Agency to one which delivers the Product our
clients want tomorrow - Innovative
thinking to develop solutions that will increase our presence in
the industry - Develop and
coach team members - Manage
relationship with vendors to ensure optimal delivery and
cost - Build strong
relationships with the business, act as a trusted advisor and an

Skills
Knowledge/Experience: This
role requires an individual that has extensive experience in the
Asset Management industry specialising in Transfer Agency,
candidates will ideally have a background in financial services,
fund management companies, transfer agency or fund accounting
software houses. The individual should have previous
experience of managing teams directly and indirectly.
Interaction with internal and external clients in previous roles is
important as it will be required extensively in this
role
