Transfer Pricing Tax Manager (Assistant Vice President), Group Finance recruitment

Group Finance is responsible for the production of relevant, timely and accurate statutory, financial and management information; as well as insightful analysis of business, product and customer profitability to support decision making and generation of shareholder value. The team also provides capital management, business planning, forecasting, tax and accounting advisory services to our businesses.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the Asia-PAC region is materially in compliance with its local transfer pricing requirements
- Work closely with various finance teams to identify related party transactions and coordinating the preparation of transfer pricing documentation files using assistance from relevant tax or accounting function, and using external aCRT/CSY/1202/0009dvisors where necessary
- Develop a close relationship with various regional tax and finance teams to understand changes in the business and transactions that are identified during the year with the aim of ensuring that appropriate transfer pricing policies are put in place
- Update policies / guidelines to reflect changes in transfer pricing laws and practices
- Manage all aspects of transfer pricing enquiries and audits including gathering of financial data, preparing written responses, and providing assistance in presentation at meetings with tax authorities
- First point of contact for the finance and tax teams in relation to general transfer pricing queries and questions on group transfer pricing policies / guidelines
- Provide inputs into to measuring transfer pricing reserves as part of statutory audits
Requirements
- Degree qualified with an internationally recognized accounting qualification
- At least 6 years of transfer pricing experience, ideally gained within a Big 4 professional firm and / or financial institution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated and team oriented
