Transformation Business Analyst

Our client, a global asset management business, is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to analyse and document the requirements of business users to deliver the agreed business outcomes of their Transformation, Regulatory and Discretionary Change Portfolios.

Duties:
Analyse and identify solutions to satisfy business requirements - including software evaluation/selection and evaluation of changes to systems, organisation, business process and individual roles and responsibilities
Contribute to the delivery of projects within the agreed time, cost, quality and benefit realisation objectives
Identify process improvement opportunities 
Actively identify risk within projects and use effective risk management and reduction techniques
Contribute to effective business analysis across the organisation and transfer skills to others where possible
Where appropriate, to manage small to medium projects/initiatives

To be successful in securing this long term position you will have extensive and recent business change, business analysis, process analysis or business transformation experience from a asset, investment or fund management organisation.
