Transformation Consultant
- Leading Regional Bank with year-on-year growth. The Bank has been decorated with awards in the past few years with operations in Retail, Corporate and Investments.
- Part of the Strategy team, you will be in a client-facing role. You will advise clients on transformation projects, such as out-sourcing of support functions. You will play an end-to-end integration and transformation role.
- You must have transformation / change management experience, a minimum of 4 years ideally in Banking Financial Services or have experience in any Consulting function with a top-tier Management Consultancy. You must have experience of business process outsourcing - specific to support functions such as finance, HR, collections, customer service centre. You must be a team player and posses excellent communication skills.
