TRANSFORMATION MANAGER – RETAIL BANKING – HONG KONG – CHANGE recruitment
This person will lead, motivate and train the team members by using the tools and methodology such as Lean and Six Sigma in order to achieve the projects goals. Working closely with Project Sponsor, Process Owner and functional leaders to ensure the project can be transitioned smoothly for sustainability post implementation.
For your application to be successful you will need;
- Degree Holder with at least 7 years experience of process management
- Good skills in leadership, teaching, collaboration, analytical and
excellent communication skill in English and Chinese - Experience in managing and coaching a team of Project Managers to drive fundamental improvements in ability to meet KPI targets, Business Improvement Goals and directly contribute to our strategic initiatives is a plus
- Good knowledge of banking/Operations and its cost drivers
- Black belt experience is required
- Well verse with concepts on problem solving skills, Value Stream Mapping, Total quality management
- Confidence in bringing cultural change
