Transformation Manager
London based consultancy firm are currently looking to recruit a key individual into their small but fast growing team. With a strong reputation and encouraging growth plans, our client is looking to appoint a Manager from the Top 4 who has the credibility and presence and maturity to inspire and influence.
Working with a broad range of clients, he or she will join an entrepreneurial environment who will be required to adapt to unstructured environment where you will be rewarded with fast track promotion and development.
The role will be varied and will offer the opportunity to travel abroad to work with a range of clients.
Your role will varied acting as a consultant for a range of sectors and clients but duties could include:
- Responsibility for operational design of entity reporting structures.
- Ensuring costs are reflected accurately across the business streams.
- Working with management teams and taking responsibility for the preparation of budgets, analysing capital expenditure and providing commentary.
- Establishing an audit function and ensuring controls are in place and risks are managed.
- Working with IT and the relevant departments to oversee the implementation of a new ERP system.
This is a great opportunity for an ACA who is at manager grade and now looking for a broad and varied role with fantastic exposure from day one.
