Our client is a market leading Tier 1 player in the Telco arena. This company is a global player with a hugely impressive track record in their field. They are now looking to recruit a heavy-weight Business Transformation Manager / Director who would be interested to work in a regional role covering Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia.
We are looking for candidates of the highest calibre. In terms of academics it is expected (not essential) that you should have a relevant IT (Bsc/Msc etc) and at least 15 years commercial experience guiding clients through the management and execution of strategic business change programs. You should have a solid background leading large scale, enterprise level, complex IT Telco transformation projects ideally have a strong knowledge of the CRM in a Telco context.
As you will have responsibility for the APAC region, the successful candidate could be based in Singapore or Hong Kong.
You will have:
- Significant level of business acumen and negotiation skills.
- Proven career history of senior programme management within complex environments.
- Experience of leading programmes and /or contract management. Will have experience leading multiple transformational project lifecycles.
- Strong delivery champion with exceptional customer relationship and programme delivery skills, able to quickly build and maintain relationships at the most senior levels both externally and internally.
It is expected that applicants have a proven track record with Tier 1 level companies that work on complex, blue chip Telco projects. You must have first class written and verbal communication skills be comfortable presenting at the highest level. As a Consulting Director you will have top level people management, resource management, negotiation skills and be skilled across the entire Consulting/Project life-cycle. You be able to analyse needs/requirements and be able to manage projects, pulling teams together as required delivering on these projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop customer satisfaction, delivering programme and contract commitments within cost targets, overall profit of the contract, revenue growth, and accountability for contractual service levels.
- Define programme scope, delivery plans and to ensure all activities are captured and understood.
- Organise and deliver all preparatory projects that may be required, including solutions offered and financial and non-financial results of programme / projects.
- Create the appropriate Contract Delivery Organisation.
- Perform day to day management.
- Responsible for creating and reporting metrics on programme performance
